Thank you to those families who have to date participated in and supported the Warner Annual Fund!* Your contributions have resulted in an 80% participation rate in the fund (with 6 classes at 100%!) and will help ensure that the enrichment programs and support services we’ve all come to expect at Warner will stay in place for the coming school year.
* It’s never too late to donate to the annual fund. We will be accepting donations through June 6, 2018
Calling All Scientists!
The Warner Science Slam is Sunday, May 20 from 11 am – 3 pm. We are looking for parents or other Warner family and friends who can demonstrate science experiments, and other age- appropriate scientific hands-on activities. In the past, we have had presentations from science instructors, researchers and clinicians from USC, UCLA and JPL as well as teachers from neighboring elementary and middle schools, to name a few.
This is a great event to share your love of science with our warner community!
If you or any other Warner family and friends are interested in participating and/or want to learn more about what is involved in being a presenter, please contact Sarah Silverton at silverton.sarah@gmail.com.
