CPK Cards = 20% Back to Warner
We will start distributing the CPK Philanthropizza cards in class next week. Don’t forget to use your CPK Philanthropizza Card every time you visit CPK in Westwood, Brentwood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. 20% of your bill will be donated back to Warner! Once distributed, extra cards will be available in the Main Office.
GATE = Gifted and Talented Education. Did you know there
are seven recognized categories of giftedness? Did you know
that your child might be identified through several different
means, at many different points in his or her education?
Do you want to know about honors classes, SAS (schools for
advanced study), gifted magnet programs and gifted
teaching methods at every school?
This is your chance! LAUSD is putting on a major GATE/SAS
Parent Conference on March 12, 2016 from 8:30-12.
It is FREE. You do not need to register; just show up. The
head LAUSD GATE reps will be there giving a comprehensive
presentation. And there will be a guest speaker. And you
get a free book from that speaker. And there are break-out
groups. If you want to help navigate LAUSD for your gifted

Lost And Found
The Lost and Found is located outside the kindergarten yard. Please check regularly for your children’s lost items. Lunch boxes will will thrown out at the end of the day each Friday. Unclaimed clothing will be donated monthly.

Here’s all you have to do:

2. On the left hand sidebar, you’ll see an Amazon logo. Click on that Amazon logo and you’ll be taken to the Amazon website you always go to, where you can shop like you normally do. (There’s no difference, Prime Memberships, etc, it’s all still there)

All newsletter submissions must be approved and emailed to admin@warnerwhatshappening.com by 4:00 p.m. the Friday prior to the following week’s Newsletter.

RALPHS
Help us earn money from Ralph’s simply by scanning your Ralph’s Reward Card with the scan bar code letter you received in the first day package next time you shop at Ralph’s and they’ll send Warner a percentage of your purchases. You need only scan the letter once to be in their system for the school year and just scan your Reward Card as usual. You need to scan it again even if you scanned it at the beginning of the last school year.
eSCRIP
eScrip has rebate relationships with many different vendors. Go to www.escrip.com and register your grocery cards (Pavilions, Vons); Macy’s card; and all credit cards. Shop at your usual stores in town. If you use your registered card for a purchase, Warner automatically receives a percentage. If you go through escrip.com online shopping mall, many more merchants are available that will give Warner a % of your purchases. You must renew your Von’s registration with escrip every September.
Target
Every time you use your Target Redcard or Target credit card when you shop, Warner gets 1% of your total purchases by calling 800-316-6142 and designating Warner as your school. Or register online at
www.target.com/redcard
1) Click “Take charge of education”
2) Click “enroll now”
3) select zip code and type 90024 and then select Warner Ave
4) type your redcard account number and name
This is an easy process and takes less than 5 minutes – please sign up.
Shop at OFFICE DEPOT and they’ll send Warner 5% of every purchase!! Simply mention WARNER School to the cashier if in stores or at the time of check out on line or punch in Warner’s NEW ID# 700-100-74. Thank you for supporting Warner!!
